Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. This Indian sounding gentleman says he works for the Ministry of Justice in London & is the senior accounts manager working with a company called money saving expert to recover PPI insurances on loans & mortgages. For an up front cash fee(?290 or ?615) payable via Western Union, to India, he will arrange transfer of funds to you which amount to 10 s of thousands of pounds. Once the cash fee is paid another Indian sounding gentleman phones to get the Western Union transfer number(MCTN)& tells you everything
