Has rung 3 times in two days. First time I was out, 2nd I was busy and let answerphone take it - they rang off as soon as my OGM started playing. Rang it back at midnight last night and got a meaningless 'Your call is really important to us' message. Told my blocker to block future calls - it intercepted another this morning.
Called my mobile. Left no message, when i called back reply from someone with poor English wanted to know about supplier. Put number on barred call list
SCAM Wife was subject to the Post Office text scam and gave her credit card details and personal information by return. She cancelled the card immediately and was issued a new one. the person claims to be from British Gas or another energy provider saying his name is either Peter or Jay he is pushy and aggressice keeps calling demanding to speak to a manager when you refuse he keeps calling and is rude and wont take no for answer especially when you state you dont wnat his business now blocked numbers from his mobile and this number, avoid at all costs as he will keep calling i had 25 calls in less than 4 minutes, after telling him i am going with another energy provider!

Said they were Mcafee support, handling issue relating to our home "network" which would mean all devices using network (he meant router) would shortly become infected and stop working. Wanted £200 to fix, as our Mcafee didn't cover "network". Said we'd call back and given this number. Subsequently checked with Currys who support some of our tech who confirmed it's a scam
