Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. This time my hubby took the call and he asked for me (he knew my name) .When my hubby refused he started being abusive to him as well. I ordered from Ideal World. Day after this calls, trying to sell things. I had three calls from them in one day. I ended up this morning after getting another call I was not the person they were asking for. Then asked them to remove my number and stop calling me.

This number is ao.com. They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.

Trying to sell life insurance.. The normal wolf or Wall Street type clapping in the background when they make a sale.. stay clear, pushy.. has an answer for everything type sales advisors. Do not put the phone down just waste there time, they will not put to the phone down.. good luck my friend of annoyance calls.
