Silent call, Missed call, SCAM, Fraud, SPAM, Call center. This number has called me daily for 3 days now, but when answered, no-one talks and within 5 seconds, they hang up. After searching online, others have suggested it's Domestic and General, which I do have cover with for appliances, therefore would expect them to talk. This call came into me whilst I was in the shower. The female operator started talking immediately, I had to really raise my voice to interrupt her call whereby I explained that I could not he at her as I did not have my hearing aids in, but was in the process of trying to put them in. My expectation was that she would hold on whilst I did that. Instead with no hearable comment the phone went dead. I felt she was extremely rude, I’m disabled, had got out of the shower to answer her call & Im deaf.
