Suspected scam. I had a call from 07932918018 this morning. A recorded message said I had unusual transactions on my bank account. I was than put through to an "operative" who asked for my name and date of birth. I hung up at this point and will check with my bank.

Green Energy Together asking for a 25% upfront payment to secure our solar panel installation, they didn't introduce themselves properly so I didn't trust them and told them I'd rather stick to the agreement to pay on the day as originally agreed. They said I'd receive a confirmation email for the new install date but I didn't so I suspect this was a fraud caller.

Had a call last 2 days at same time, phone didn’t ring, blank voicemail both days.
Not sure what is going on here, but I got a new sim card today and it was not activated. After installing it into my phone I received an email at 15.46 this afternoon telling me my sim was activated. When I logged into my account online after activation, it showed on my account that I had sent a SMS to this number 07537 452525 at 14.57 today. This was impossible as the sim was not even activated at 14.57 and I definitely did not send any SMS to anyone. I called my Mobile Provider and they are investigating.

I think this might actually be a valid Co-op number. I say that because: 1. I tried to make some credit-card payments while abroad, but they were declined. 2. This number called my mother to check the payments. 3. When my mother confirmed with them that the payment attempts were valid, my card started working again! But I cannot 100% confirm. My mother actually received three calls over the weekend. Sadly this number is not shown on the Co-op website. So it's difficult to verify.
I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! SCAM, called from a different number first saying he is calling from curry’s pc world and offering mobile phone upgrade at very cheap price. I suspected fraud, so asked for the company details so I can check and call back . Was given this number. When I called ,instead of going through switch board options, someone answered straight away saying “ curry’s mobile phone company, how can I help?” I knew straight away it was a scam, a few fraudsters working together pretending to be a company.
