Fraud SCAM Pretended to be from O2 saying I was randomly selected to have my bill reduced. Told me the call would be followed by text messages with the details. Could not confirm they were from O2.

I don't know the full details of the calls, but 01270 311034 has been harassing my father today, calling back every few minutes despite him repeated telling them "no". Seems like the behaviour of scammers to me.

Rang today and said he was from one stop recovery regarding a matter in Norway?? he wouldn't go into it further as I put the phone down. No doubt it was a scammer.

I asked him to speak slowly and clearly, he repeated the garbled content and I told him I didnt understand and needed him to speak slowly. He hung up. Sounded like a typical phishing call. Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. I highly suspect this was a scam call.

01387404015 Missed call but notice from reviews that is yet another Accident Assist Scam. Normally they call me from different Aberdeen Numbers, so now they're trying to catch me out by phoning me from Dumfries. I haven't had any kind of Accident but they just don't leave me alone, no matter how many times I tell them to take my number off they're list.

This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.
