The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.

Scam, they sent me an email claiming to be from BT, offering new packages and claiming my contract is coming to an end, they claimed my current billing is different to what it actually is. I looked up BT's contact number online and contacted them directly and not this number that was in the email. They confirmed they didn't send me any emails and this is in fact a scam/fraud
Indian caller, said she was calling from Windows helpdesk - surely it would be called Microsoft Helpdesk, anyway the scammers just hung up when I started laughing at them. They really annoy me because they prey on the weak and vulnerable in our society.

I ve had a call from this number during the last year on several occasions, who rang off when my answer phone tripped in without actually leaving a message. At first I put it down to a miss-hit finger on a wrong key which can happen to anyone.
