so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.

Had a call from a Wayne (over friendly in my opinion) about 4 items purchased prior to Christmas and asking if I d had to return any of the said items, then went on to talk about monthly payments and how I m now in control of what and when I pay. I told him two of the items had been paid for outright. All this information would be on my account, right?The call doesn t sit right with me so will be contacting the company about this call.

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. Keep getting calls and spoof texts, they claim to be Scottish Power but they are not. They tell me my number is linked o a SP account but I rang SP from their website number and they have advised me there is no account with my number. I cannot make them stop so having to change my number. It been happening for months but I ignored them until it ramped up to daily.
