Sick of this no harassing several times a month.Theyve been politely told to take us off their data base,& reminded they shouldn t even have our ex directory/TPS registered no.when never opted in for any info to be received this way It s 2017 how is this practice still going on?! Other times it s silence on the other end of phone.This no is a serial harrasser-how are they still in existence?!

"National Database" saying we haven t had free energy assessment that may lead to a grant for new boiler. Only database we re on is TPS so shouldn t have had a call. Other websites report the company as Dundee-based "Aspen Capital Consultants Ltd". Will report to ICO for 3rd time in 3 weeks.

They collect on all gov debt. Pretty rude company and very unorganised however they are legitimate. If you deal with them make sure you keep records of the conversations as they may lose information and forget conversations had, even if they call you a hour after you have called them

I don t know anyone in Eastbourne, if i did they would have left a message. This was a scam call.

They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". Received a call from 0161 818 2004 earlier this afternoon from an chap with an Indian accent. He enquired about any motor accidents/claim that I may have had in the last 3 years. All he had was my phone number. I was immediately suspicious. He said he had a legal duty to obtain further details (name, address, date of accident, cars involved etc) and that I was legally obliged to supply it. He claimed to be acting on behalf of a bank of insurers, but failed to identify any insurers that I had policies with.

Let it go unanswered. It’s in Thame, and the area code comes up with loads of pc scams and insurance calls. I’m not calling back.

They keep calling to book a service even though the last one cost me a fortune, they didn t tighten my brake fluid cap which spilled out onto the road and nearly caused me to crash. I have told them this but they didn t even apologise.

I don't want cold calling, especially on my mobile phone number.
