They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. "RoyalMail: Your package has an unpaid delivery fee of £2.99. To pay please visit royalmail-packagehelp.com. If not paid, your package will be cancelled."
I don't for 1 second believe the Royal Mail would do things in this manner - and am aware of similar scams - I just deleted the message
Called saying they were from the Sky Protection Team and were offering me an update on insurance for Sky facilities I do not have, They also gave the number of 01273977418.
I believe they have got information that I have sky phone and broadband and want to scam me for insurance that is unnecessary.
