It is a number for Waste Managed Ltd. They used to be Cheaperwaste Ltd. Terrible waste brokers in Newcastle. One to avoid so don't let them have your bank account number, or let them start a contract for you. There is a Facebook group, Cheaperwaste Waste Managed Unhappy Customers which reports terrible things.
Just another effing nuisance call, from the Sheffield area. Block it. It's a scam.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. DENY YOU HAVE A COMPUTER - IT REALLY CONFUSES THEM! My landline was called by a foreign guy who said he was Michael calling from Microsoft support and that my computer had been hacked. When I asked who had reported the problem he hung up!
