Silent call. Just before 11pm at night. Had us worried.
Claim to be from BT Openreach about issues with our router. Shame we’re not with that company. She kept insisting that even though we weren’t with them she needed to tell us about these issues with her router. When I challenged her about the fact that it was a scam and how could she live with herself and that BT had nothing to do with our router and couldn’t see our router she stuck to her guns that she was legit and needed to tell us what was happening with our router. I just hung up.

Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database. Keep getting calls from this number aswell, at least 2-3 calls most days. Answer it and no one there or just says hello and then hangs up!
I was called 5 times in 6 days. I tried to ring back to have my number removed from their database, an automated reply said it was sky, to stay on the line, but nothing more happened. A waste of my credit, and my time. These are nuisance calls at best!

Scam!! I had a call from this number where an automated voice told me that there was legal action being taken against my name for fraud and that a warrant was out for my arrest. It said to press one to hear more of the details but I looked the number up first. When I rang the number back, it was an automated voicemail entirely in Spanish (the original message was in English). Looks like a massive scam to me. This one could be dangerous to vulnerable people. Beware.
