0161 9741694 have just been blocked by me as again they ignore my request to stop calling me. They ask about a car accident I have had in the last 2.5 years which I have not had. I asked him to remove my name and number from their list and then he put me onto someone else who was pushing the same agenda. I ended up telling him this was harassment and put the phone down on another very ignorant man.

Not sure how they got my number but as i answered the person was obviously talking to someone else, very loudly! i asked who they were and she told me she was calling from Insure4less - never heard of them and not sure how they got my number.
Keep getting calls from this number and they claim to be Amazon but i always disconect as soon as they say that.

Number pretends to be HMRC calling about tax fraud registered against my name. Automated call, threatens you with imminent arrest if you hang up or don't press 1. Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you. Fraud - tell you that HMRC have issued a warrant for your arrest and to press 1 then they leave the connection open at their end and charge you premium rates for the call. Please don't answer - people have lost up to £300 pressing 1 and then they continually try you on different numbers every day after this. This should have been stopped long ago by the authorities - it's a disgrace that it hasn't been.

SCAM Received a text message from this number (supposedly HSBC) saying i had authorised a payment of £195.00 to Mr C Jones. The message goes onto say that if it was not me, to cancel by clicking the link in the message. They must think i was born yesterday! Firstly i have never owned an HSBC account, secondly i don't know a Mr C Jones and thirdly, i would NEVER click a link in a text message even if i knew who the message was from!

When I called back it said the number you have called has not been recognised.
Ws called by someone with a Manchester accident telling me I was involved in an accident in Sept 2014 and the 3rd party had come forward claiming to still be experiencing discomfort from it. There was no accident, when I told him this and asked him what he was playing at he hung up. I have now blocked this number but from all these comments it appears they use several different types of numbers.
