I wrote a complaint to the dwp last week and I got a call today from this number. The voice mail left says they were from the dwp and calling about the letter I sent in complaint. The number onscreen was the 0800 number but when listening to voicemail, the carrier gave a different number and the number left in the message for me to call was the same and not the 0800 number. I m guessing this is genuine..

Called again yesterday, not mentioning they called the day before. Claimed to have got my data from the FIT register, Doesn't Data Protection apply here? Anyway claimed not to be a sales call and went onto say that we had retro-fitted cavity wall insulation and that the Government had made a mistake in pushing it, (Check on the Government website shows that they are still recommending it and offering grants!!)
