A person called Alan Wilkins purporting to be from the Telephone Preference scheme called to try and obtain my bank details. I asked him for verification and he gave me this number but when I dialled 1471 he had called from 02871030659 which unsurprisingly was unavailable. I called 02036305457 and the automatic answer said it was Telephone Preference Management. I put the phone down and a bit later they rang me back so I told them Iwas investigating who they were as I believed they were not who they said. T
