I did neither as this automatically tells the criminals they are ring a genujine number and will continue to plague. I note from above it is a premium rate service which means once you have pressed either selection you could get charged some exhorbitant amount payable to these scammers. This number called and left no message on my mobile so I called it back from my work landline. It is a company who said they were calling me about my recent all inclusive holiday that I was due to get a refund from to be sent to my home address. Told her I hadn't had an all inclusive holiday and she said she would remove my details from the system - impossible since I didn't tell her who I was or gave my number.
