If that was really the case then why don't they have your address? Ask them for your IP address as the only way your "computer" could show up on a BT server is with an IP address (except BT don't monitor for this sort of thing and wouldn't phone you up about it). Calling to offer better deal to try and stop me using PAC code. Significantly better offers than available online. Smooth process, no hard sell, scheduled a call back to allow me to research alternatives. Called back as agreed and set up the offers mentioned quickly and easily.

02039418540. Calling my mobile repeatedly. Called back from masked number...and found they are SKS IT Services (there is a UK company listed at companies house but it was dissolved there 12.6.2018). The called did not know where I was from so admitted they are in Bangalore before I pointed out they were using a virtual London number. The only staff was Arslan Majeed who was both secretary and Director. Born July 1983.
