Option at the end of the call to press 9 to have your number removed; however, I did that last week and have received the same call twice since then. Type of call is fraud . I am getting texts from Barclays Bank telling me I ve done something with my account and if I don t agree then I am to call 03332001014. I guess it s a premium rate number and if I did call it regarding a text from my bank would they then proceed to try and get my bank details. I haven t called it of course but wanted to share the fact that this number is being used in a scam!

It is a legitimate call. when you ask for password or memorable word reset. they contact you to verify with a code to reset.

Like everyone else on here, I keep getting phoned about a debt belonging to someone I ve never heard of. I phoned them back, and they agreed to remove my number from their system - but I ve just received another one. They are stressful and very inconvenient.
