Received a text asking me to phone this number with a ref number. I checked on line is is a debt collectors number. I do not owe any debt so I'm sure they are trying it on.

Safe number: this is the number used by Apple is you ask for a phone call to verify your Apple account. It's actually in Texas in the US, and not Liverpool - it's a quirk of formatting. I know because I've just been through the system and dialled the number back to confirm.
Two silent robocalls
Chelmsford on a Saturday. White shirt. Blue jeans. Brown shoes. Fake Stepchange. On a Saturday.
Claimed to be the local energy adviser for my postcode. Interestingly they were about 100miles away, is that local? They didn't know who they were talking to because they started with "As you are the home owner" without any knowledge. Obviously trying to use the idea of a government backed scheme to get entry to my property to list all the items they could charge me to "upgraded"
