I don't know for sure as I'm basing my suspicions on information for another almost identical number, which would be a scam posing as an accident claim company.

Scam! Recorded message saying 2 suspicious transactions this morning on my card. Press 1 or 2 as usual.

I just phoned them back and said that there scamming and we chatted and then he offered to take my number off so I said yes

Scouse lad calling from a motor accident claim company, asking if I d been in an accident recently. Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that). Surprisingly the advisor actually offered to take my number off their database (whether they will or not is another matter).

scam caller pretending to be from HMRC

They phoned me saying they were from BT and trying to stop marketing calls (Like a kind of international Telephone Preference Service) and tried to get get my card details out of me. They read out my name and address to me then asked for the expiration date on my debit card so they could "verify" my details. I gave them a false one. They then asked for the "Reference" number of the card the big number along the top. I asked them to verify my BT account number (I m on Virgin Media) but they did nit see

Is this call local rate etc or a high charge call?

They are still at it, absolute nuisance. It's a Hertfordshire number. surely someone can pinpoint the building and firebomb it.

I didn t answer the call as very suspicious but rang them back to get info. Say they re claims specialists and got my details from Motor Insurance Bureau. I haven t had an accident and they had my name wrong. Very foreign accents. I suspect a scam. have blocked the number.

Debt enforcement. Number given by enforcement company for contact after a vehicle clamped for debts. This is displayed on the sticker on car window.

ANY unexpected call about your computer, router, viruses, wifi, IP address, internet being cut off, discounts or purporting to be from Apple, BT, Microsoft, OpenReach, TalkTalk,...

possibly a debt collection company, silent call.

Blocklist this number. A real pain added to my block list of other numbers on mobile.

Unwanted call from I talk telecom. Although call was from Chesterfield I am doubtful. Was going to check my line to see if I was receiving the best deal on my telephone service. Cut the call there and then. So no idea what was going to happen then.

Called about 10 times in 2 days eventually answered. They are claiming to be ee asking me to change my contract to them i said im already on ee they hung up. Blocked!

This is one of those 'We are calling in regards to an accident which you have had' type of calls. They are distasteful and highly inappropriate!

Lists as Michigan...or Seychelles..... I know not of anyone at either destination. Incoming call at 03.45 G.M.T!
