Seems to be Angel Springs (http://www.angelsprings.com/) - persistent purveyors of water coolers.

Some random agency contacted me from this number. They started the call with the usual "Good afternoon, I m xxxx is that surname". I sent them away with a flea in their ear as they didn t understand how impolite it is to call someone by their surname only (not even a Mr). If they can t get my name correct then how can I trust them to get me some business and/or pay invoices etc.

2nd automated recorded call in a day. TPS registered. Reported for 2nd time in the day!

I have told eon ages ago that I don’t want the meter unless I have a written statement that they will guarantee to recompense me if costs are incurred if I change to another supplier. They said that they could not give me assurance. They are a nuisance and should have a hefty fine.d7v4c

Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I d been involved in. I told them I d report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.

Prerecorded message starts up on answering, "This is an URGENT message regarding your private pension" so I hung up.

western oriental sounding gentleman said i had a fault with my computer. I told him i hadn't any fault he then dropped the call.

Number has called 4 times in a week, they always hang up. Lots of noise in the background so clearly a call centre with nothing useful for me. I see this as harassment calling as they never bother to talk !

Sounded Chinese but couldn't tell a word they were saying. Passed onto several others with similar language problems. Very persistent and carried on when I suggested they were scammers, didn't stop till I put the phone down

They called early this eve for the third time this week. Caller said "I m calling cos you had an industrial accident luv " to which I replied " no I haven t.... Luv" Unsurprisingly they called again an hour later. I am also on TOS.

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. First Assist, ambulance chasers, blocked on my phone now. However First assist are known for their persistence and trying from several numbers with a single digit changed.

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H
