Very pushy guy would not listen at all, would not let me speak trying to sell phones and simply, wanted to know what phone I had. Never gave a company name, never gave me a chance to speak so vut him off. No clue if it was spam, scam etc but definitely worth avoiding!

Got a call claiming to be from BT Openreach saying our IP Status had been changed from Private to Public and our internet was going to be cut off. It was a very poor quality line in a foreign call center. They weren't able to give me any other details so I ended the call.
Had a script. When I asked for a copy of the script, he stopped the call.Sounded like an inoffensive chap, but I didn't want to talk to him.

They do announce themselves to contact customers on behalf of EON and are not actually EON.I am sure eon knows about it despite they deny they use such call centres. SCAM this number is made to look like a local (to me) number which is why I answered. Automated voice saying that two unauthorised transactions had been made on my card and that I should press 1 to talk to an agent. Please don't fall for this scam.

This was a call on my mobile purporting to be a voice message from my doctor and to follow the link. This was recorded at 0012 hrs. No doctor would call at this time and it looks like the call comes from Manchester. I'm in Birmingham. Obviously I did not follow the link and deleted the message.

ALLEGEDALLY from an Internet internet provider suggesting that there had been some illegal activity from my internet. At this point I put the phone down. It is obviously a SCAM. I will be blocking this number.
Received a payment request email from Paypal for £650 with message stating "Fraudulent activity found, amount £649.99 GBP has been debited from your account for a purchase of DECATHLON GIFT CARDS, if it's not you reach us immediately @ +44-800-368-9784". As this email was directly from PayPal, i checked my account and the request for payment was actually true, however the message on the request is false and the number is fake. This number is NOT Paypal and is a scam.
