This is an actual real firm's number. But the number has been taken over by some scammer who is contacting random people. I did not answer the phone in time, so rang back and the company said they had several people ringing back who had been approached by scammers. Awful for them to be used like this.

Various numbers starting with 02394 have called since 29 March 2023 Conversations include: "This is not a Marketing call, blah, blah" "Survey of Loft insulation, blah,blah" "When first caller was asked where speaker was calling from, answer was "The Phillipines"(Sp ?) When subsequent callers have been asked the same question the line has 'dropped out' from the far end! Make your own decision!

Very slick, found out where my child goes and said 'headmaster will call you yo thank you'......then start pressurising payment over the phone and calling back daily. A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. The number he called from was 02036
Phoned 3 times with no talking about who it is or what they want.
Claiming to be BT who do not provide my internet calling about my internet problems, specifically the public IP. They claim it is public because of hacker which is a lie. Want to connect to your computer ultimately. NEVER let this happen.

Problem is I live overseas, which is why I stated I wanted to be contacted by email. Even WhatsApp would do. But that's the way they operate. They like to be in your face.
