It is one digit different from 01226666737, Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd calling with a driveway scam that has been pestering my home number recently and may be the same. As usual, no message was left on the answerphone, which is always suspicious! Now blocked.

SCAM Unusually, this was actually an English person on the other end of the phone rather than a call centre setting from India etc! The number rang my works mobile at 10:05 09/05/2023. The person on the other end spoke very well and professional, saying that they were calling from HSBC, and were making me aware of activity in my account that looked suspicious, that money was being taken out by an advertising firm. SCAM Apparently my driver attempted to deliver my parcel this afternoon and nobody was in (I was probably out - of my mind and hiding behind the fridge). So, I can reschedule by clicking in to an https:// site. how wonderful of them to tell me!!!!!...... The number lookup on Who called me says it belongs to the Russian Federation, Comy - must be a hell of long way to go to deliver a parcel.
The organisation using this number are expert scammers. They already had my o2 mobile phone number, contract account number and asked me to confirm my address before offering a discount on my tariff. I was aware it was a scam and played dumb for a while until they sent me the text which would have given them full access to my account had I replied to it. After wasting their time for 10 minutes, I told them I knew they were scammers and they became very abusive, then misscalled my number around 20 times
