Called office wanting to talk to our IT-manager. Was vague and did not introduce herself. After asking, she informed me she was calling from Dell, but gave no further comment. Since we are an Apple-only business and she was vague, my spider senses tells me to block this caller.

There was some hesitation and a lot of background noise. I asked what he wanted. He asked if contact was by phone or mail (I think). SCAM This person didn’t know who they were speaking to ( my name). Said I was eligible for a free medical emergency pendant… I asked how they had got my number and said was given them by manager. Just kept repeating his name and same phrase and not answering questions. If this is actually a real call it’s a weird way of going about things. Asked if I was over 50 at the beginning so watch out!!
