It’s a scam, claimed to be from a bank and not enough funds in bank to complete transactions. Very bad line and eventually the caller hung up, daughter rang number back and it’s not recognised.
Automated message saying money had been taken off my amazon account ( i dont have one), and an international credit transfer… I believe to be a spam from a small town in Aberdeenshire

Scam. Said they were from sky and I may have offers, tried to get me to have fibre broadband. I stupidly gave my address, email etc. Just contacted sky & it appears that it’s not one of their numbers. There’s a recording if you ring the number back that does say it’s a recording on behalf of sky. Just be careful not to give any details.

Probably a scam. Received message with nothing else just a suspicious looking text. Potentially dangerous to your phone and bank balance.
Not sure who they are because they keep ringing me when I am driving so I drop the call. Very annoying because all they do is try again a few minutes later. I have blocked them.

Got a call very early in the morn, early for me that is, so I was half a sleep, from a man with a Northern Irish Accent from 03002003884 asking about corporation tax payable, he knew many details including my turn over, he asked me to confirm my date of birth and address, I did this, all of this is of course available on the Company's House website. Someone called my landline on this number about 0815 this morning and it woke me up! No message left. It is a similar number to a couple of calls I have received this week. The previous callers claimed to be from BT, saying there was a problem with my broadband connection - which there isn’t and I told them so. It is likely a scam to get you to give information so they can hack into your system.
Automated call about fraud on bank account number does not work when you call it back its a scam
Called me today 14/3/23 says that from housing repair team. They got my details from my housing provider. Only thing is I'm homeless. So where did they get my name and number from? Be careful if contacted by this number
This UK mobile number called my mobile and it was an automated voice saying it was about my "Visa OR Mastercard" (which one?) and that £600 had been spent on it 15 minutes ago. Press 1 to stop the payment. I did not press anything and hung up.

If this number contacts you about a "recruitment", it's a scam. Do not engage. And certainly don't deposit any money into their service, you're not getting it back.

I am getting daily calls all from 0161 (Manchester) numbers, all scam calls. Each day ends in a different number after 0161 820 ----
SCAM ...said he was from O2 wanting me to upgrade phone and contract. Put me on to female supervisor when I said no! Said she would text me a code to prove who she was... I just watched the scam baiters on YouTube and this is just what the scammers do. Do not fall for it. Contact the company yourself if you want to upgrade!
