Claimed to be from my local council seeing if I have damp and mould. I live in Berkshire so definitely not my local council as it’s a Scotland area code.
Says they are from O2 and told me that I am getting a massive discount on my contract as I've been with them for so long. The funny thing is, I'm not even with O2 and as soon as I pointed this out (while laughing) they immediately hung up.

He advised he was cancelling my debit card, and could not send me a new one without those details, and that a fraudulent purchase had been made with my card. Received a text from this number, claiming to be from Evri (the new name for Hermes), saying they'd missed a delivery, and wanted £1.45 for redelivery. I googled Evri and and according to them it's a scam, to get your bank details and Mt your account.
Automated call explaining an alert has not been set up or acknowledged on my phone. Definitely dangerous and probably a scam. Make sure to block and ignore.

Call centre calling on behalf on UK for UNHCR (I think the company/call centre itself was called something like Angel Charity Services). They were following up on a one-off donation to see if I would set up a direct debit for a regular donation. (The call operator had my details and those of my prior donation.) It seems that Angel itself is paid for by UNHCR as part of a donations drive.
