Received a text message from this number allegedly about a delivery by EVRI - as I am expecting a delivery (from DHL) I precipitately clicked on the link which read; EVRI(UK10094786). Out of curiosity I navigated to the EVRI website and entered a combination of the above and the full set. EVRI did not recognize it any of it. This number rang my landline on both 18 and 19 August. Just rang long enough to get me near the phone, but not long enough to pick up - annoying. When I rang the number (from a safe untraceable mobile) I got the recorded message 'Number not in service' ! At best it's spam - at worst it's fraud, so I'll class it as a scam.
Scam also uses 07523638488 (and generates new numbers daily)

I asked for a house price quote via Zoopla and this William H Brown number called me. This company was one of the three from which I requested a quote, so no issue with that. Problem is I live overseas, which is why I stated I wanted to be contacted by email. Even WhatsApp would do. But that's the way they operate. They like to be in your face.

This number called me at approx 11.27 am. Caller addressed me by my first name but that was all I could understand, the noise going on in the background (His) drowned out everything else he was saying. I would describe the noise as though he was calling me from a very busy PUB. I told the caller this and hung up. No attempt was made to call me back. SCAM
