This is another one of the accident helplines people who somehow got my number. I phoned them back several times to try figure where they got my number from and they state I must have clicked on their link and filled in my phone number. Clearly rubbish but would not give any more information.

I haven’t called back as it sounded suspicious. Automated American accent voice claiming to be from HMRC and that it was important to call back as it was time sensitive.
Asian lady claimed to be from BT, saying I would no longer receive marketing calls just wanted me to advise of address. Told her there was no way I would divulge that information, she then hung up.
Seems to be another number related to the RSPCA or UNICEF - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number seems to be used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers,
