Claimed to be from BT Openreach and stating I'm not getting the internet speed I should be getting.
seem to be someone from tax revenue, that someone made a fraud claim on my tax account???and press 1 to be connected to tax officer.. i have online access and no issue. scam
SPAM: upon answering a recorded message played to state my NI number could be suspended due to my phone number having been associated with several illegal activities and I could be arrested and assets seized. The next prompt was to press 1 to speak to an officer. Needless to say I didn’t do anything of the sort and came straight here to report it!

The man with a distinctly foreign accent said that he was from a Broadband provider that uses the 4G network £25 a month for 18 months. But what put me off was as soon as he had finished his schpeel he asked without prompt for my bank details. I said I would get back to him next week when I had done some research into the company.

They called me and asked me if I want a loan for £1000 which apparently be with in my acoumt in 48 working hours and then they asked , e to pay them £ 40 from my account and isaid that I dont have any in my account then he asked me if I can ask freinds and family to use thier card and I aaid no and then I asked them to give him full address which he had provided and a phone nummberthen I had auspected o203 nummber might be a scam. They claim it's from a forex line and would I like to get involved in trading and invest £500 up front. I keep telling them no and then they start getting really angry. They start cursing and screaming and shouting. They're always from Turkey or Albania or Romania. Really unpleasant individuals - best advice is don't pick up. Just take the phone off the hook for about 20 minutes. They even phoned a few times in the middle of the night (Saturday night to Sunday morning) because I was unpleasant to them.

Silent calls are made once or twice daily. My answer-phone states "the caller has cleared", and normally the number is withheld, but not on this and a previous occasion. The pattern of the calls makes me think it is the same caller, [for many months]. The TPS advise it may be silent or abandoned calls,or recorded calls.
