Rang and asked about a car accident I had been involved in that was not my fault. When I said no and that they should not be calling me she asked me when I had the accident! I again said she should not be calling me and she put the phone down.

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H

This number as rang 3times today alone fed up of them what can be done???

Some random agency contacted me from this number. They started the call with the usual "Good afternoon, I m xxxx is that surname". I sent them away with a flea in their ear as they didn t understand how impolite it is to call someone by their surname only (not even a Mr). If they can t get my name correct then how can I trust them to get me some business and/or pay invoices etc.

This guy told me he was calling from "O2 Get Connected" I now know that there is no such thing as "O2 Get Connected" he asked me a security question which I failed to answer, I the confronted him about it later on then HE read out MY postcode for me! this number has called several times saying they are from british gas accounts, I told an asian sounding guy I wasn twith British gas so he kept asking who my supplier wa, I told him I wasn t prepared to give him that information and hung up. I had already checked this number and contacted my supplier(British gas lite) who assured me my account is an online product and under no circumstances would they phone me.

Claims to be from Talktalk and has my Customer number but unable to quote my security password. VERY persistent and calls me about three or four times a month. A complete PITA and I wish they would die slowly and painfully from some disfiguring disease.

Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I d been involved in. I told them I d report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.
