SCAM I received an automated call from this number on my house phone, claiming to be informing me of an irregular payment on my credit card for the amount of £1,100 and also suspect activity on Amazon. My bank does not contact me on this number and I don't deal with Amazon. I hung up immediately and did not listen further.

This number called me that £900 is about to be paid from my Debit Account and requested me to press 1 to stop the payment. It's a pre- recorded message .

Have done my research and investigated and found out it's something to do with a Crypto currency scam!!! I have never got involved in crypto currency and unsure how they had access to my number. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.
