May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. Scam call, allegedly from VISA - I haven't even got a VISA card! Claims my card (the one I haven't got) was used for a large spend on Amazon (it's always Amazon, isn't it?). Funny how this is from the same dialling code as mine (01454) so obviously area-targetting, and trying to make it look genuine, like as if it's from a local bank.

This number contacted me this morning the 19th of January and said they were from bank security I checked with my bank to be told its a scam
Recieved phonecall from 01702311311 today claiming that some fraudulent transactions had been made using my bank card, one being from Amazon worth £100 & another from an international transaction worth over £1000. I recieved exactly the same phonecall the day before from a different number. I know these not to be true because they never say which bank they are from and never say which card it is from. Just to be safe I will let my Bank know about this so they can keep a check for me.
