Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. I moved houses not a long time ago and the above meenymberhas been trying to contact me a few times a day for the past two weeks. I answered the first phone call and it was about insurance I didn t need. When they called me agAin, I blocked the number. I have just checked my list of blocked numbers and they called me 14 times within a weeek. Complete waste of time

Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I d been involved in. I told them I d report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.

Keeps calling me. Not sure who it is.

Rang this afternoon but didn't answer it.

Rang and asked about a car accident I had been involved in that was not my fault. When I said no and that they should not be calling me she asked me when I had the accident! I again said she should not be calling me and she put the phone down.

Two recorded message calls in an hour re: bank charges. Reported to TPS

Phoned once. Answered it but didn t say anything. Girl asked for me by name. I made enough noise that she knew someone was there and waited a minute then hung up. Half an hour later, a man called. Joe. I said "You re coming up as a nuisance call on my phone. Why is that?". He identified himself as Joe from a company called Clear Answer working on behalf of EE. I said "I won t speak to you until you provide me with your company number from Companies House". He went quiet then tried to give me "01482489010"
