Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Fraud automated call telling me that a payment of over£900 was requested from my visa account and to hit one of a series of numbers on my keypad. Needless to say, I didn't and ended the call.

It's the 'the warranty on your washing machine has expired' scam. They will ask you to set up a direct debit, hoping to get your bank details. Quite persistent. If you play gormless and keep them talking you will stop them phoning someone else!
This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.

SCAM. This number tried contacting me on a supposed job offer via whatsapp and wanted me to enter my information on a webpage eerly similar to an other legit travel agency.

SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.
