First Assist from York called today, Asked to speak to me (using my FULL NAME), asked who was calling! He said his name David and calling from First Direct and ringing about the injuries I received in the accident I had last year . . cut him short to ask him for his mothers phone number, he ask why. Told him so I could get my son to ring her up and tell her what a con merchant her son is. TOTAL SILENCE . . when to tried to speak again cut him off. Now blocked.

The caller was not speaking very clear and I asked him again what it was about. I then decided I was not going to take part in the survey and he then shouted at me and told me then why do I F2#€@ !! asked him so many questions and he then put the phone down before I could reply. I frequently receive calls from these Manchester numbers, the other number they use 0161 814 9764.
