SCAM - The Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! This was a computer generated call trying to sniff out voice lines. If you answer then the line will be detected as 'a voice line' and you'll be called back later by a con-artist. They may also be quick to say they are not selling, simply enquiring, surveying, etc. THESE CALLS ARE SCAMS & HARASSING. If ever in doubt tell them to write to you, but DON'T give your address, if genuine they should know it, or just hang up!

Internet? claims to be from BT saying a problem with my internet. I thanked her politely and said my internet is working fine, then I rang off. It didn’t sound like a call centre as was quiet in the background - I don’t believe this was a genuine call from BT

This was a call from a person saying they were from Virgin Media reporting that our internet had been hacked on numerous occasions to cut a long story short I was asked to download the TeamViewer App onto my iPad so they could “put everything right” they were very convincing and I foolishly parted with some money before my switched on son overheard me and hung up the call, I have deleted the app and contacted by bank to report the “Scam” I wanted to forewarn everyone if they receive a call hang up immediate

SPAM - this caller asked for our acocunts department, refused to say what it was about because of data protection then when he was told we were not interested he called back 4 times trying to get someone else - harassing in my book.

Two text messages from this number: 1) Saturday 28th January 2023 advising that Apple Pay temporarily suspended due to unusual activity and link provided to renew wallet. 2) Sunday 29th January advising that unusual activity occurred on at 4:34 AM and temporary suspension and same link provided. Recorded message, woman's voice claiming to be from my 'bank security' (name of bank not specified), advising that 2 payments had been made against my card, to Amazon and an overseas transfer. An obvious criminal scam. Number now blocked and reported to ICO.

Called me and didn't leave the answering machine ! Call can not be important or dubious !

This number has threatened to kill a friend of mine over text, and has exposed the location of my friend.

The plot he used with me is: An International security agent, Belgian living in the UK, who is deployed in Afghanistan. His bank account was blocked. then his enemies are tracking and attacking him.
