Rang today saying it was a debt company and my husband( who they didn’t know was deceased ) owed money for a long time . I didn’t tell them he was deceased and said if you want ant contact with my husband you’ll only get it through me , as this Indian insisted he spoke to him . I said do you understand what I’m saying to you if you have anything to say to my husband you won’t get passed me so either hang up or speak your peace . He then said my husbands debt had been passed to him as he’d owed money for

SCAM - claims to be from BT and looks like a genuine Bristol number but it's not in use.

Do not know anyone in Northern Ireland, so blocked number. It does not help if "CALLED ME.CO.UK" spells NORTHERN wrongly. Is "called me.co.uk" a scam also. One thing to check is the spelling!

Said from o2 but usually would be "o2UK" rather than a number. Link to update debit details. Looks a real page but again the regular o2 has a different way to login.

"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked. Received a text today from 07520619511 about a labourers job required by CLS and giving a landline number for CLS to apply. I am a 68 yr old woman and not in the market for employment let alone a labourer. The text was sent by mobile 07520619511 which when checked on this site is a SCAM number

Asian male ... from Virgin Media ...said my broaband was not working properly. I hung up. Worryingly this scammer is purporting to be phoning from close to my own area so the number looks genuine.

Fake call claiming to be from HMRC. Computer generated American accent!

Most probably a scam, as they claimed to be paypal, but paypal never called me and i suspect if theres something they want to find out, it wont be a machine voice. Be aware!
