Called to offer me cheap phone and broadband services saying they can save me 50% - without knowing how little i m paying already!!!! He got very defensive when poiltely informed him i i wasn t interested, and to be honest he should have stopped at that point, but no, he just kept going on. I have had several calls from this and other numbers,they always hang up when I answer.This only started after I went online,a few days ago,to get some car insurance quotes.Silly me!I gave out personal information to several firms,now I am getting nuisance calls.So,this number may well be insurance industry related.My advice,never give your telephone number to someone you do not know and trust.

This number has called four times in the past 24 hours, claiming to be from TalkTalk. I called TalkTalk who said it is not their number. When the number called back (from a call centre overseas) they hung up when I informed there I knew it was a scam call.

everytime I ask them to give me the company name they hang up, number shows as a London area code but when you call back it s dead? using IP phones with local area codes for the UK, going by their accents I would say most probably coming from India. Do NOT tell them anything about yourself, as they ll only sell it on to another dodgy bunch who will keep up the harassment.

Dopey Indian scammer trying to tell me there is something wrong with my internet, running the same old short con of getting the innocent victim to type in random commands to show something is supposedly wrong. This wasn t a particularly bright one either as only knew one cmd command before giving up. I ve had them go on up to half an hour in the past.
