I rang the 0800 number below and although Nena Patel doesn t work their any longer , I spoke to a very helpful man called Alex who listened carefully and checked which survey I was being called about. He then took my number off the list and said I would no longer receive calls about that survey. Constantly calling my mobile many times a day all hrs of day and evening,hang up when i answer.

Came on my mobile phone. Only rang once so didn t have chance to answer it. Went to my Missed calls list where it said the call came from Burundi!!

Like the rest of you we texted for wildlife info and despite saying we cant make a donation we have been bombarded with nuiscence calls ever since. Sometimes as many as 3 a day each time hanging up before answering

So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money

These people insist on calling 2-5 times daily, despite having been told there is nothing for them to collect - 3 times, with evidence over the past 7 years!! They are ignorant pigs that need to be prosecuted
