I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. Received a text saying from Evri and if I don’t reschedule a delivery, it will be sent back to sender with a link. Not expecting anything from Evri.

They say to be HMRC or something but couldn't understand why they called. Thought to stay on the line, got redirected to a person that only said 'Hello' and 'Yes'. I dropped the call 20s after.

I was phoned by 01425615425 today telling me they were from bt and they were going to cut my internet off because fraud is being committed from my internet connection this of course is untrue and it is fraudulent phone call and when I said your lying it's a scam they were rather rude and hung up on me
