Suggest you don't answer. The number (Caller Identifier) when dialled gives "This number is not recognised"!

Received a phone call from this number this morning at 10.39am. When I lifted the receiver there was some garbled noise then a single tone and the number rang off. Hard to say whether or not this is a 'dangerous' number but need to be careful. Not good when no-one speaks.
Caller had name and wanted confirmation of don supposedly to qualify for pensioners rates to reduce costs of household repairs .

A person who called themself rose alex on instagram messaged me wanted my number and said they was from miami florida but currently in west africa nigeria , the person claimed to be 29 and single and female but with only a few pictures on her page and wanted to chat directly on whatsapp this person could be either a guy or a girl , the number comes up from southampton so i will be blocking as must be bogus

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. I had to block them previously as they would not stop SPAM calling and now they have a new phone number. Can't believe anyone would want to call me from Hanoi! This number appeared on my landline phone bill and I queried it but they could not tell me who the number belonged to. I think this number should be ignored/deleted if anyone gets a call. I will certainly delete it from my phone.
