This call was a follow-up call from the Met Police after I reported a theft via their 101 non-emergency number. They repeated to me details from my 101 call, so I have no doubt it was the police. I imagine its unknown etc as it comes through their switchboard, I get the same when the wife rings me from work phone.

I was up at 8:05 so would definitely have heard the doorbell if it had been rung. Why did the message take 2 1/2 hrs to be sent, I tried the link, but it doesn’t work. So this number comes up for a Polish restaurant Folk House Zakopane in London. Well they'd have no reason to be calling people out of the the blue and 'Max' claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse.
Did not answer - they did not leave a message I did a search on the internet and it comes up with "computer fixing" No more needs to be said except - this is a nuisance call. Imho

SCAM / SPAM When answered phone, a recorded message began. It got as far as the word "Amazon" and I hung up. Probably the Amazon Prime scam doing the rounds again! I really wish there was some way for the government or telephone companies to stop people making all of these scam calls. I block the numbers but they must use lots of other ones as every time I try to search a number it hasn't previously been reported.

they called me, a sweet lady stated that my loan had been approved and took my bank and card details. They took out 50 gbp out of my bank and did not inform me as well. From the voice i could make out that she was an Asian. They have not refunded my money and never answer the call.
