Said they wanted to make sure is was getting the best service then asked for first line of address and post code, which i didn't give. This is a personal mobile number and on 21/07/23 I believe a scam company is using my personal mobile number as an outbound number. Unless you know me, please ignore all calls from this number.

Fraud - phoned my 85 year old grandmother asking for her bank account details as Amazon had taken money from her account (they hadn’t).
Did not identify themselves on the message but it was about an international money transfer on a debit of credit card. told to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to an advisor. I treated this as a phishing call, ignored the instruction and blocked the number.
