I am in dispute with Scottish Power over the final bill, which includes charges for the 3 month period after I moved out (despite me notifying them on the date of the move). This call was a follow-up call from the Met Police after I reported a theft via their 101 non-emergency number. They repeated to me details from my 101 call, so I have no doubt it was the police. I imagine its unknown etc as it comes through their switchboard, I get the same when the wife rings me from work phone.

Luckily I already have this number on auto reject. It was blocked 9 times yesterday. Turns out they tried to call me 7 times in 20 minutes.
