SCAM 07971737143 just called me for the 2nd time today on a Saturday bot call to say it was Amazon, it wasn't they said some had ordered something on my visa debit card don't have one of those and I had to talk to someone normally I hang up but I am so mad at these people that I pressed 1 told them I knew they where scammers that no money had come off my card and if they kept on about it my father's lawyers would hear about it they hung up very quickly.

Call launched into a spiel about how I had been selected to win a fantastic prize. I hung up immediately. I do not give out my number to anyone who does not need so I suspect this was random dialling.
Sounds like scam of some sort, claiming to make no changes to my contract yet to make it cheaper.
Received text offering entry into a competition for free laser eye surgery. Reported text to my service provider (EE) using 7726 and to the Information Commissioner s Office via their website, www.ico.gov.uk. Spoke to a pleasant person at Optical Express and they had no record of my name or number. Person was aware of the offer but could not tell me where OE had obtained my number.
