Silent call probably spoofed

Not on my phone list so I went to this site to see if it was dodgy,it is!!!.....

Received a call this morning pretending to be my bank saying someone had used my card on purchases or £100 and £1500, press 1 to confirm etc, I ended the call as this was a reco...

Was going to call this number back but thought I'd check this site for info. Thanks guys- You saved me giving them abuse.

Number is from a company called Advance Medial, they called when I answered the hung up - another number for the reject list.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. Despite being ex-directory and TPS registered, these cold-callers had my name but were after more information, before they could tell me if I qualify for whatever they are peddling - spray foam insulation this time. Ended the call and reported them to TPS - I recommend anyone to do the same.

I rang the 0800 number below and although Nena Patel doesn t work their any longer , I spoke to a very helpful man called Alex who listened carefully and checked which survey I was being called about. He then took my number off the list and said I would no longer receive calls about that survey. I then asked him if I could have my name removed from all future surveys and he said he would put my number on their exclusion list which would stop any calls except for government surveys and anything I may have si

This number just keeps on calling. Nobody there when you answer it phone hangs up. I guess they are just trying to find out when you are available to answer the phone and then letting companies know. BLOCK IT.
