Has rung 3 times in two days. First time I was out, 2nd I was busy and let answerphone take it - they rang off as soon as my OGM started playing. Silent call rang my mobile on WhatsApp. A picture of a young woman with long dark hair appeared - don’t know her, no name. Rang x2 but she hung up after it rang a couple of times. I’ve blocked the number. Sure it’s a scam of some type.

My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

Coronavirus. Claimed to be from government updating records about coronavirus. This is the 4th call with this claim. They ask questions about vaccination and whether you have had the virus. They claim there is some government initiative to pay half of insurance claims relating to the virus. The whole exercise comes to a stop when I won't tell them who my life insurance is with. One call even suggested I make up a provider, so I suggested he make one up. Seems like a phishing scam.
