SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel

SCAM I recognised the 01296 as a scam number and said I blocking that number, the line went dead. I blocked the number.

They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.

Caller asked me if I remember the car accident I’d had? Well, unless I’m concussed and / or lost my memory as a result of it … then no, I can’t remember it due to not actually having an accident. An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. Rang me and checked my name and the proceeded to tell me he wanted to talk to me about my computer I told him I suspected he was trying to defraud me and put the phone down.

Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!

This number seems to be reported as Virgin Bank, Clysesdale Bank and lots of other banks, including Yorkshire Bank (as shown on my phone) my I don't have a Yorkshire Bank account. So I am very suspicious of this number, how can it be for many different banks?! I think it's spam!

Spoke to a bottom feeder on the end of this phone. He was abusive and rude. When I asked who he was he kept giving a nonsense name. When I asked to remove my number he pressed for more of my details. This is one of many numbers (the last digit keeps changing) Scumbags - share nothing with them

They sent a WhatsApp message from "HR Recruitment" offering part time and flexible jobs. Poor gramatic, no photo. Too many red flags.

This number called a number of times now I don’t even answer the phone.
