I have been on the phone to financial odbudsman to report yous for incorrect information there was nothing said to me about I would have to pay phone bill and they give me a number to ring and I I did and they said I had to send my phone bill to them and I would be refunded it I want it back now in my account or I m going to odbudsman if I don t here from you soon I will continue with my fret

This is a company cold calling about claiming for an accident. I answered as I was expecting a call for something else, usually I ignore numbers I m not familiar with. As soon as they informed me about the accident I had (new to me!) I knew what this call was about so played along. I told them that I had indeed been in an accident and that it was on a bus full of my sports team and that we were all injured. Well, chap was only delighted. Ended up passing my phone around the office to colleagues
